| Descripción : | The present investigation analyzes one of the biggest challenges currently facing the Ecuadorian State, the massive migration of Venezuelan citizens to the national territory. To solve this problem, the government has decided to use its competent institutions for the application of migration policies that help the displaced. The analysis of these policies allows the State and the set of competent ministries and authorities to have a greater capacity to respond to this new challenge. The theoretical approach selected to analyze this situation is that of international regimes. The methodological perspective to be applied is qualitative analysis. Finally, there are the conclusions that are expected to be reached, which are based on the effectiveness of public mechanisms to face the problem that arises (border refugee crisis). |
