Resumen : | En este trabajo de titulación, se realizó un modelo tridimensional de una incubadora neonatal que va a calcular la respuesta al impulso “IR” por medio de la utilización del método de los elementos finitos en el dominio del tiempo “TDFEM”... |
Descripción : | A three-dimensional newborn incubator model was performed and its impulse response (IR) was calculated by means of the finite element method the time domain (TDFEM). The software Comsol was used to simulate this model for several octave frequency bands, which upper limit was defined by the determination of the Schroeder cutoff frequency. These results were validated using Matlab. Also, the reverberation time (RT) was obtained with the same software using insitu recorded IR´s. Then, these insitu and simulated results were compared in order to analyze the deviations. This report concludes that the simulated and insitu measured RT have a maximum deviation of 16% in some bands, while in the other hand, the other frequency band the absolute error is less |
