The perception of both internal and external audiences was obtained, whose opinions contributed to the diagnosis of the various problems of GAD Mira, which led to the proposal of a PEC, which will improve the image, positioning and visibility of the institution, as well as the improvement of the information levels on the management of the municipal administration. This comprehensive strategic plan has the purpose of managing the intangibles of the institution, choosing the appropriate channels for internal and external communication, promoting the empowerment of employees, improving the working environment, guaranteeing participation, acceptance of citizenship, maintaining strategic alliances with opinion leaders and allied institutions that will contribute to the construction of public policies that contribute to the development of each sector, both urban and rural. Likewise, the importance of compliance with the proposals designed to guarantee the effectiveness of the strategic communication approach, which will be framed in the continuous monitoring and evaluation of the results according to time and space is raised. | en |
