Descripción : In 2010, Ecuador adopted the digital television standard ISDB-Tb, in 2012 it began the migration process towards digital terrestrial television; therefore, it is now possible to access digital television signals in the main cities. On May 17, 2020 the television channels that fall within the phase 1 of the chronogram of the cessation of analogue television signals in Ecuador, are at my side, the main motivation for the development of this project is in the planning of alternatives of equipment design oriented to a minimum, partial and complete migration according to economic capacity, as well as being an academic and technical reference framework for equipment that must be applied to guarantee the migration of analogue to digital television systems, oriented to a television channel in Ecuador and students of the University of the Americas in the specialty of Network and Telecommunications Engineering and related The present work is based on the study of the digital television standard ISDBTb. Subsequently, you can see the characteristics of a technological equipment that meets the standard technical standards and that are oriented to the phases of implementation of the Transition Master Plan to digital terrestrial television.For the elaboration of the designs of the technological solution, the minimum infrastructure that a television channel must fulfill is identified, it is based on the same complete migration design, which is oriented to the total migration or from zero of a television channel. The partial equipment design proposal focuses on the distribution of the digital signal for national transmission channels. The design proposal. The objective of the study is to promote the technological characteristics, according to the economic capacity and the type of channel. Finally, the conclusions and recommendations of the study are written.
