The business plan described below considers taking advantage of the problem of the high rate of people with cardiovascular disease, hypertension and diabetes in the State of California in the United States, so that stevia in 100% natural dry leaf will be marketed in biodegradable cases, considering that having no chemical process can sweeten drinks in an easy and healthy way. Considering that Ecuador has a small number of stevia producers, it should first be analyzed to the possible suppliers, being an opportunity to be able to buy the stevia already dried in dried leaf for its due transport to the winery in Quito where its packaging will be carried out complying with All required regulations. The following business plan is intended to specify the viability of the project, so that the different environments of the two countries are analyzed and thus be able to consider the existing advantages and disadvantages. Then, through quantitative and qualitative research, the presentation, price and strategies for a better sale of the product to the target market are determined (2,927,954 people who are over 25 years old and who are concerned about their health in the State of California ). Next, the diagrams that describe the production processes are carried out from the inbound logistics, the purchase of dried leaf stevia in Esmeraldas, its packaging in the Quito winery, until its export and delivery to our potential client that will distribute the product to the best supermarkets in California. Finalizing with a financial evaluation of the company, which according to the flow of the project has a NPV of $ 749,465.48 and for the flow of the investor is $ 675,412.62, likewise the IRR of the project is 38.35% and of the investor is 42.38%, having in both cases an IRR higher than the WACC that is 9.02% and the CAPM of 10.87%, therefore, the viability and profitability of the proposed business plan is verified in a period of 5 years.en
