Resumen : El desarrollo de este plan de negocio demuestra la rentabilidad de exportar un producto innovador; desarrollado y producido por Ecuasuplement Corp Ltda a base de achotillo orgánico para diabéticos a Alemania...
Descripción : The development of this business plan demonstrates the profitability of exporting an innovative product; developed and produced by Ecuasuplement Corp Ltda based on organic achotillo for diabetics in Germany. Due to the increasing rates of people affected with this disease and the tendency to consume chemical-free products in the European country, the decision was made to offer a food supplement that provides several benefits for final consumers and is also a natural alternative to treat her illness. In order to support the viability, an extensive study was carried out of both the environment of Ecuador and the industry in Germany, where several important findings were found, such as the impulse of exports thanks to the treaty signed with the European Union; as well as the great variety of substitute products in the destination market. Thanks to a study by the Central Institute of the Medical Association of the German Government, it was determined that the highest concentration of diabetics is recorded in the northeast of the European country, for which the strategic allies (wholesalers) must be located in this area to reach the largest possible market. The product will be internationalized through definitive export under “DDP” terms with delivery to the wholesaler's wineries. It is estimated that the target market in this area is 901,384 people with type I and II diabetes (20-90 years) with high acceptance, considering the information obtained in quantitative research (surveys) and qualitative (client and expert interviews). Ecuasuplement Corp will develop its activities with the support of a solid organizational structure, well-defined production guidelines and adequate infrastructure to meet the objectives set for the next 5 years of operations.
