| Resumen : | Este documento tiene como objetivo analizar la factibilidad de un Plan de negocios para la importación desde Estados Unidos de Norteamérica y comercialización de equipos cisco (ie-4000-4GS8GP4G-E) que brindan la tecnología IoT para gestión de medio ambiente empresarial inteligente en la ciudad de quito, con el fin de sistematizar y controlar los desechos generados por las empresas que poseen ciclos productivos, buscando mitigar la huella de carbón producida por ciclos productivos, por otro lado busca cualificar la mano de obra dentro de las organizaciones de tal modo que se llegue a prescindir de costos fijos innecesarios para la organización y se elimine el factor humano dentro de los ciclos productivos mitigando de esta manera la probabilidad de falla... |
| Descripción : | The purpose of this document is to analyze the feasibility of a Business Plan for the importation from the United States of America and commercialization of cisco equipment (ie-4000-4GS8GP4G-E) that provide the IoT technology for the management of intelligent business environment in the city. de quito, in order to systematize and control the waste generated by companies that have production cycles, seeking to mitigate the carbon footprint produced by production cycles, on the other hand seeks to qualify the workforce within organizations in such a way that get to dispense unnecessary fixed costs for the organization and eliminate the human factor within the productive cycles thus mitigating the probability of failure. The project is feasible since the financial model yields positive indicators, the period in which the investment is recovered is four years a month, on the other hand, we find that the NPV is positive for both the project $ 150,462.83, as for the investor $ 91,782.44. On the other hand, with a discount rate of the project of 9.07 percentage (WACC) of the investor and 20.58 percentage (CAPM) we find an internal rate of return of 23, 23 percentage and 50.15 percentage respectively. It is recommended to conduct the business given that the conditions of the country, industry and market generate a business opportunity. |
