| Descripción : | From the development of the Urban Ordinance Plan 2019; and following the guidelines, guidelines and objectives of this, the need arose for the creation of an Administrative Center and Community Development in the Larrea neighborhood. This equipment is generated as a support to the community of the sector, in this way it will be possible to bring the services of the public administration towards it. Its focus is on the development of the community, on a sectorial scale in the Larrea neighborhood, with the aim of creating an equipment that helps decentralize public services and encourage citizen participation in the development of its urban environment, at the same time generating spaces that favor the encounter and the social inclusion between groups of different ethnic groups, ages, genders and beliefs. The project aims to contribute to the solution of administrative - social problems, thus becoming an articulating landmark of the city of Quito, since being located in an area with historical relevance seeks to be a point of sewing between the times marked histories in the sector. Considering the characteristics of the equipment, the main users are the economically active population without leaving aside the rest of the neighborhood and the community, achieving a comprehensive community system. |
