| Resumen : | El trabajo de titulación desarrollado a continuación consiste en plantear el rediseño interiorista en el área social de las instalaciones del Club “San Jorge”, el cual se encuentra ubicado en el Valle de los Chillos, provincia de Pichincha. Este complejo de gran relevancia para los miembros del Ejército Ecuatoriano brinda varios servicios a sus socios y familiares. Tiene una extensión total de 300 hs aproximadamente y el edificio administrativo en el cual se intervendrá tiene un área de 4000 m2. El club requiere una intervención ya que sus instalaciones no se encuentran en buenas condiciones y esto no permite que se aprovechen al máximo. Hay espacios mal utilizados, el mobiliario y las baterías sanitarias son antiguas. La aplicación de color, iluminación, y acabados como el cielo raso y pisos no aportan a la estética. La intervención que se llevará a cabo plantea una reestructuración e implementación de espacios y también la reparación de los que así lo requieran. La propuesta tiene como objetivo principal darle un giro distinto al área social de este club, aplicando un diseño más contemporáneo con la aplicación de materiales y tecnologías actuales. El desarrollo de una nueva imagen aportará con un mejor perfil y esto permitirá que sus socios estén más gustosos al momento de visitar este complejo. |
| Descripción : | The qualification work developed below consists in proposing the interior redesign in the social area of the facilities of the “Club San Jorge”, which is located in the Valley Los Chillos, Pichincha province. This recreation center of great relevance to the members of the Ecuadorian Army provides several services to its partners and family. It has a total length of 300 hectares approximately and the administrative building in it will be intervene has an area of 4000 m2. The club requires a reform because its facilities are not in good condition and this does not allow taking maximum advantage of them. There are poorly used spaces, furniture and sanitary batteries are old. The application of color, lighting, and finishes such as the ceilings and floors do not contribute to aesthetics. The intervention that will take place raises a restructuring and implementation of spaces and also the repair of those who require it. The proposal aims to give a different layout to the social area of this club, applying a more contemporary design with the application of current materials and technologies. The development of a new image will contribute with a better profile and this will allow its partners to be more pleased when visiting this club. |
