| Descripción : | The professional nursing since your ideological perspective have models and theories that sustains your what to do. This investigation search establish the application the model of Viginia Henderson for part of the nurses toward the patients with acute myocardial infarction, for pose process of care. This job have with goal make a plan of attendance and algorithm for the attention of nursing to patients with acute myocardial infarction of the “Hospital de Especialidades Eugenio Espejo” this job is qualitative of action investigation, it is about of outline in observational fora to of individual inquiry for interview to the nurses of the “Hospital de Especialidades Eugenio Espejo” the aphesis it has bein put in two variables: the change in the process of the attendance and in the application of the algorithm in base to a rian of action. The instrument of investigation consist of poll that is applied to twenty nurses that they work in this institution. Result of this investigation it was obtained that, the 60 percent of nurses do not know about theoretical models of nursing and (Nursing Care Process PAE). In base to this data it was made a plan of action whose components will be the plan of attendance of nursing and the algorithm for the attendance to patients with acute myocardial infarction since the model and the philosophy of Virginia Henderson. In conclusion, the hospitable treatment of the patient with acute myocardial in faction It is sustained in the multi -disciplinary job, of nursing in that framework is key for contribute to warranty of patient security, thence of the proposal of the action plan for the improvement of the quality of the attendance result an transcendent in put. |
