Descripción : The objective of this study is to investigate the effects of interaction of work and family on the working life quality of employees with rotating shifts in the call center area. At first, the terms will be defined from different perspectives of the authors. The methods used are studies that demonstrate the importance of knowing how the person develops in the family and work environment; since these two environments have the same importance, they provide satisfaction and personal growth. In order to identify aspects of work and family interaction, the Work-Family Interaction Questionnaire of Survey Work-Home Interaction Nijmegen (SWING); was used, which identifies the possible relationships whithin the work-family interaction. With regard to the quality of working life, several studies were identified using the Quality of Work Life Questionnaire (QWLQ); which aims to identify the relationship that arises between different factors at the organizational level. The approach used in the present study is quantitative, it arises from an objective reality. It has the purpose of being able to explain the causes of the variables to be studied, since they are quantifiable. According to the consulted bibliography, it has been found that there is a conflict between the work-family interaction and the quality of working life, as the latter cannot resolve the pressures that arise either at home or in the office. From the perspectives of the authors, a controversy is visualized since the conflict can be perceived in a positive and negative way. Finally, the possible conclusions at the end of this research are aimed at improving the working life quality of employees by: intervening in the benefits granted to them and, on the other hand, respecting the time that the employee must dedicate to their family. Therefore, innovative ideas are required from the strategic positions in the organization, in order to preserve the environments in which the worker develops and that cannot be separated from one another.
