Descripción : | Currently, the thick masonry walls have been replaced by economical and thin masonry cavity walls, with low energy consumption, with interior water, air, continuous insulation and air space barriers between the structural support wall and the interior panel. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to propose the realization of a construction guide for the replacement of traditional masonry by the plasterboard, sustainable low density and comfortable system in single-family homes of informal construction that do not comply with the minimum measures of spaces required by the Metropolitan District of Quito. Applying a descriptive and inductive methodology. Concluding that it is important that single-family homes comply with the guidelines established in the regulations in force regarding the minimum measures of spaces required by the Metropolitan District of Quito. |
