| dc.description | The business plan is oriented on the creation of a company specialized in Hydroflight sports in the beaches of Esmeraldas. Its intended for all those people who want to carry out different water activities than the traditional ones. The potential clients are: Teens, young adults and adults especially from the city of Quito, since they are the tourist that visit this costal area of the country in larger measures, also the residents of the city of Esmeraldas, since the company will have its installation in this place. Hydroflight Sports are still unknown in the country. They are devices attached to a jet ski (PWC), where water is forced under pressure through a hose which expels jets of water so that this can propel. They currently have a world organization that is the World Hydroflight Association. To begin with, a contextual analysis was carried out, such as PEST, PORTER and an EFE Matrix with the objective of understanding the context of the beach activity industry (R9329.01). First, through qualitative and quantitative research, interviews to expert’s were carried out, second a focus group and finally surveys were used to obtain more concrete results. In addition, the most outstanding attributes determined from the project were considered, the operative part, the administrative part and process of support, establishing a recreational service and outdoor entertainment completely different from traditional, seeking to satisfy all expectations of those people who want to perform this aquatic activity, therefore, the company HYRDOFLIGHT ECUADOR is intended to be made which in addition to provide a basic rental service, it will be focused on teaching the sport with certified instructors. Finally, a verified financial plan was established through financial indicators that showed an achievable business plan for its realization within a 5 year projection.
