| Descripción : | The development of this research is focused on analyzing the effect that the public and private sector has in relation to the poverty reduction. Hypothesizing that the impact of the private sector is greater than the dynamics that public sector policies can have. The investigation is based on the elaboration of an econometric model using a one-dimensional poverty approach, measured by the income received by one individual and the explanatory variables taken in account for social spending, private sector employment and the Global Competitiveness Index (GCI). |
