dc.descriptionWork developed with the purpose of making a protocol for the esthetic and functional reconstruction of previous pieces with dental flowable resin composite (injection technique). Materials and Methods: smile design based on flowable resin veneers (injected) with translucent silicone guide in patient. The purpose is to return the patient is dental structure and lost function. Primary impressions are taken from patient, assembly in semi-adjustable articulator to elaborate functional waxing and diagnosis. Mock-up (resin-acrylic Protemp 3M ESPE) in patient, which allows to visualize the expected final result. With a translucent silicone guide (Zhermacks Elite Glass) the flowable resin composite (Tetric Ivoclar - Wave SDI) is injected in the anterior teeth, occlusal adjustment and occlusal splint. Conclusion: the rehabilitation of the anterior sector gave optimal esthetic results, functional corrections (de-occlusion guides) adequate for the benefit of the patient stomatognathic health.en
