Descripción : The business plan presented as the production of SAL PRIETA that will be exported to Barcelona-Spain, is born from the idea of creating a healthy and quality product that contains natural and traditional elements, which in the long run contribute to the health of people who consume it. Based on the analysis of both internal and external environment, it was possible to determine that since the destination country is part of the European Union (region with which the country of origin has agreements today), there are favorable production and export opportunities for both parties, which manage to overcome the threats found. Similarly, it is important to mention that Spain is one of the countries that has a large number of migrants, among which are Ecuadorians, citizens who according to an interview made known to their friends in a physical and verbal way traditional products of their country. Currently, according to qualitative and quantitative customer analysis, Spanish and Ecuadorian consumers living in this country, maintain a trend of consumption of healthy products that help improve their living conditions, which is why they are interested in the proposal made, generating a positive business opportunity. As for the marketing plan, it was possible to conclude implementing strategies that are consistent with meeting the needs of our future customers. Among them, there is a great differentiation between the product offered in this business and those already existing in the Spanish market, that is, it can be used in the same way as other condiments such as salt, but unlike these, it has unique components that make it totally healthy. In conclusion, for the company to start its operations, it is necessary to take into account the financial evaluation carried out with a five-year projection that resulted in its profitability.
