The objective of this research was to determine the financial viability of an Institute of Neuroinventionism and Minimally Invasive Endovascular Therapy (INTEMI). Since cerebrovascular disease, peripheral artery disease, oncological diseases and neuropathic injuries, are found worldwide in the leading causes of mortality and incapacitating morbidity in today is societies, which are very prevalent in the quality and Way of life of the cities. Interventional Radiology (Minimally Invasive Surgery or Endovascular and Percutaneous Therapy) has a wide range of services and solutions in the above fields, transcending the diagnostic objective and entering into the treatment, follow-up and prognosis. With this background, it is proposed that INTEMI respond to these requirements in the field of medical practice, multidisciplinary collaborating with other specialties in the restoration of people is health or to mitigate their underlying condition, with minimal aggression and in the shortest time of recovery as well. INTEMI would function as an independent niche, with administrative and financial freedom and clinical management, integrated to Hospital Axxis (Hospifuturo S.A), which becomes the complementary strategic partner for its management, given its corporate framework, logistical availability, infrastructure and references. For With the intention of sustaining a financial projection, a field investigation was carried out to the referential potential (medical specialists), analyzing the perceived demand for services of the respondents. Then, with an initial investment of 973.869 dollars, which one 63 percent is fixed asset and 6,17 percent is working capital, corresponding 61 percent to debt, the expectation according to the field study is that the sales revenue in the first year could be around 3.276.000 dollars, in a conservative scenario in terms of demand and installed capacity. As for the financial results obtained the NPV for the company would be 83.024.001 dollars and the IRR for the investor of 276 percent. Because of the nobel and demanding that could be the service, and according to this feasibility study, we believe that INTEMI is a promising company with long-term sustainability.en
