| Descripción : | The research project was developed in a financial activity organization located in the city of Quito, it can be identified as a private organization that operates within the financial sector of Ecuador, considered as one of the four most representative at national level; for security reasons, and confidentiality with respect to company information is guaranteed. In this sense, referring specifically to the business line and activities related to it, we proceed to make an identification of the ideal method of psychosocial risk assessment, the application of this in some of administrative areas of the company and propose control and prevention measures to mitigate the effects produced on workers, which in the long term could affect the productivity of the organization. The determined areas, in conjunction with the occupational and safety unit of the company and based on technical selection criteria were: Universal Box, Origination Cell, Claims and Requirements Cell, Financial Control, Operations, Protramites and Integrated Risks; where three scenarios were determined for the risk factors analyzed, according to the evaluation method chosen F-Psico, computer tool version 3.1.: Favorable situation: Work time, Work content, Interest for the worker, Role performance, Relationships and social support. Improvement situation: Autonomy. Unfavorable situation: Workload, psychological demands, supervision and participation. As control measures, the application of an Action Plan for specific events is proposed, and the socialization of preventive measures that avoid problems associated with the identified risks. |
