| Resumen : | La presente investigación se enfoca en el tema del abuso sexual a menores en las instituciones educativas en los últimos años en el país. Además, trata de identificar la razón de las falencias en el sistema educativo y judicial, que dejan las denuncias de este tipo de delitos en la impunidad. Con esta investigación se han recopilado datos y estadísticas, tanto de Ecuador como de otros países en específico. También, cuenta con entrevistas a autoridades, expertos en el tema, representantes de organizaciones y representantes de casos de abuso sexual infantil. |
| Descripción : | This research focuses on the issue of sexual abuse of minors in educational institutions in recent years in the country. In addition, it tries to identify the reason for the shortcomings in the education and judicial system, which leave the complaints of this type of crime in impunity. With this research, data and statistics have been collected, both from Ecuador and from other specific countries. It also has interviews with authorities, experts in the field, representatives of organizations and representatives of cases of child sexual abuse. |
