| Descripción : | A project based in the elaboration and commercialization of non-sugar cookies with chia and camu-camu. The main objectives are to realize an opportunities and threats analysis, determinate the business potential with the proposed product, realize an attractive offer to the client that has a notorious differential value, build an organizational plan with a profitable work system. To make these possible client analysis methods that include qualitative and quantitative techniques, which include surveys, focus groups and interviews with experts, will be made. Apart from conducting a financial study that reflects the profitability of the project and if its application leads to benefits. As a result of the financial analysis is reflected a $115.452,85 VPN with an 28,22 IRR and a $51.921 investment of which 58% will be obtained through financing. |
