| Descripción : | The following is a document containing the claimant´s memorial, which thoroughly and argumentatively presents the facts, legal grounds, and requests of the claimant involved in an arbitration process before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes ICSID. Within the context of the Master´s Program in Commercial and Investment Arbitration at UDLA, the thesis work is based on a memorial that involves: i, the description of the facts, ii, the legal grounds, iii, the argumentation, and iv, the requests. |
