Resumen : Los temas de inclusión de los sectores vulnerables han permanecido o estado por debajo de la conversación de los poderes del Estado de varios países, instituciones, partidos políticos y hasta la sociedad como tal, estos seres humanos, incluso han sido poco visibles, que ha resultado muy difícil su integración al mundo social, sin tener la debida y justa legislación para que tengan cabida en el espacio laboral. Por lo que se puede afirmar, es muy triste y desolador su presencia y aporte a sus sociedades, las condiciones de participación es muy difícil por los obstáculos que enfrentan día tras día. Es así que, en Ecuador, especialmente con la Constitución de la República aprobada en el año 2008, se les concedió muchos derechos y garantías de protección y acceso a la educación, a tener oportunidades de trabajo, privilegios justos que el Estado les entrega para que puedan desarrollarse como verdaderas personas por sus condiciones de capacidades especiales, su finalidad, de que tengan una mejor calidad de vida. Sin embargo, a pesar de la legislación existente, falta mucho por analizar y realizar por esta gente que por décadas han sido rechazadas y rezagadas en este mundo contemporáneo, injusticias, de las más variadas, simplemente, por su desgracia de poseer una discapacidad cualquiera sea, por nacimiento, enfermedad o accidente.

Thus, in Ecuador, especially with the Constitution of the Republic approved in 2008, they were granted many rights and guarantees of protection and access to education, to have opportunities for work, and just privileges that the State gives them so that Can develop as real people because of their special abilities, their purpose, that they have a better quality of life. However, in spite of the existing legislation, there is a great deal to be analyzed and carried out by these people who for decades have been rejected and lagged in this contemporary world, injustices, of the most varied, simply, for their misfortune to have any disability whatsoever , By birth, illness or accident.
