Descripción : The purpose of the following business plan is to determine if it is feasible and viable to establish a company that produces and exports homemade ice cream flavored of colada morada and canelazo to the New York state in the United States of America. ¿It has been thought of this venture after finding the need for Ecuadorian migrants residing in the cities of Brooklyn and Queens to be able to access different types of traditional foods and drinks of Ecuador, for this reason, the nostalgia market of migrants Is very attractive and profitable. After conducting an external analysis of both the local market and the destination market, the opportunities and threats that exist when entering a new product into this market were determined. With the Client's analysis were found the different factors to be able to realize the segmentation of the market, in which it was determined that the product will be directed to people from 5 to 65 years old who live in the cities mentioned above. They have a socioeconomic level and purchasing power, medium-high and high; they like to buy family-size ice creams, and they are finally married or single with children. The target market with which it would start is 29890 people per year. On the other hand, it is going to be a small company, so it will have less than 10 employees in the production plant. Also, it will be holding two production shifts at day. Subsequently, in the financial analysis it was evaluated that the total initial investment of the project is 154,513, will finance 40 percent of the capital given for the owner and 60 percent will be debt. As for the net profit that will be generated in the first year to negative profit due to the expenses incurred when constituting the company, but from the second year the profit is positive thanks to the growth of sales volume.
