| Descripción : | The following business plan has the purpose of determining the viability for the creation of a new company that provides services to foreigners who are living in Cuenca. These services refer to accounting services, tourism services and linguistic services with add value services such as bilingual Service and providing personalize services at customers home. For the analysis and development of the business plan some methodologies learned were used, such as PEST analyze that determine analysis of the external environment of Ecuador Focusing on the industry and together with 5 Porter forces and customer analysis under quantitative and qualitative information, it was finally determined that the target market are foreigners coming from the United States who are currently retired and residing in Cuenca City, receive monthly incomes of more than 1000 USD, belonging to the upper middle class and are willing to pay for the advisory service. Both sales and financial statements are projected to 5 years, thus obtaining a positive result in the financial indicators for which viability of the current project stands out. |
