| Descripción : | The objective of this research aims at analyzing the impact of the recent reform to the immigration act in the UK (2014), peoples safety and threats to the migrants human security. The first two sections of this research contain key concepts that would enable to understand the evolution of security concept throughout the years. It also introduces the human development approach as a basis for understanding the new concept of human security, so that it allows us to understand its emergence, its contents and implications. It addresses the issues of migration from the concept of human security, which allows a better understanding of the migration phenomenon and one of the major concerns in geopolitical terms. The research would focus on the immigration reform in the UK in 2014, and understand whether the application of the human security concept has been totally implemented, partially implemented or not implemented. |
