Descripción : All organizations need to define their direction, that is, identify which activities must make to get to meet the desired goals; there are various methodologies, techniques and / or tools of various authors specialists in the business subject; however, it depends on the managers decide which of all these instruments will be used. One of the most widespread and methodologies known use is strategic planning, where various elements of the company are included. To expose clearly the goals of the company Integral Solutions Services Quality of Health Care - SISCASALUD, and based on the elements of strategic planning, it built a Balanced Scorecard (CMI), which are presented all tasks to be performed with due measurement factors, enabling the organization to identify advances that will obtain in performing their daily operations and take appropriate decisions. As a result of the application of these management techniques, the main elements such as mission, vision and objectives with the respective activities performed both in marketing services and internal processes that the company runs daily were integrated. Likewise, the purpose of the enterprise, the activities to be undertaken and necessary to be implemented in order to achieve a position in the healthcare market shares intertwined. Further initiatives or general projects according to the objectives are presented, which will contribute to the growth of the organization.
