With the objective of implementing a new type of architecture for children, this project of a Recreational and Occupational Center is created, where, even though it is related in a big way to an educational typology being an annex or a contribution to the infant care and development, the main user is involved in a completely different environment from institutions that our country offers. On the Occidental Avenue, the old building FEREXPO is located, which has been used as a warehouse in the last years, and the neglect and attrition that it has suffered is evident internally and externally. This is why a new interior proposal that can be easily reflected in the exterior of the building as well, is created. Internally, it presents stimulating areas with colors and textures that reflect the concept of LEGO; registered trademark, applied to all the elements that shape the project, from the furniture to the structural elements, modern and comfortable designs, are created in function of the main user where it can keep learning and playing. The project is divided in four main areas; administrative, of services, recreational, and occupational), separated in three floors of the third part elected of the building. New areas for any kind of activity were created, such as sports, musical, cultural, learning, as well as multifunctional areas for activities, raised according to the necessity of all the users. Finally, it can be asseverated that the presented project is shown as an innovative proposal that will be useful as a referent in the future, thanks to its design, functionality, comfort, and security.en
