Resumen : El desarrollo de la tecnología ha brindado innumerables herramientas de apoyo al ser humano en su día a día, uno de sus principales aportes ha sido el Internet y de la mano de este, la aparición y conformación de redes sociales, que se han consolidado en la actualidad como un medio de comunicación masiva, directa e inmediata, permitiendo el contacto e interacción entre personas a un nivel que en otras épocas no era imaginable. Desafortunadamente al ser espacios que albergan millones de usuarios, no solo han servido como herramienta de comunicación e interacción, sino que también se han convertido en espacios donde se desarrollan gran cantidad de delitos, entre ellos, las injurias, que afecta al honor, honra y buen nombre de la persona, bienes jurídicos que, por su relevancia, corresponden a la esencia misma del ser humano. El legislativo tiene que empezar a tratar las particularidades que estos sitios tienen, pues es innegable que estarán de la mano del ser humano por largo tiempo. Las injurias en redes sociales han despertado el interés social y legislativo, si bien es cierto que el delito está tipificado, las redes sociales presentan particularidades que, al tratar de adaptarlo a la normativa actual, supone un reto para el legislativo, en especial a lo referente a la manipulación y la temporalidad de las injurias en estos portales...
Descripción : The technology development has given a lot of tools that supports the human being every day. One of the main achievements it is the internet and the social networks that nowadays have become a massive and immediately communication way between people, in a way never seen before. Unfortunately, the social networks have millions of users, and by this reason, new infractions of the law have been born like the insults that affects the honor and the good will of the persons, which are elemental rights that needs protection. The law is in the imperative need to include in the legislation the particularities of the insults in the social networks because this way of communications is expected to last for a long period of time in the history of mankind. The insults in the social networks have become a main matter in the social and legislative every day. It is a fact that the insults crime its included in the laws of any country, when they are committed in a social network, they show some particular characteristics that implies some deep modifications that the law does not has. Subjectivity and timeframe are two of this particular characteristics that the law does not have about insults in social networks, this influences the good will that the judge or another legal authority could have in this kind of cases.
