Descripción : Currently, the prevailing competition in the construction sector requires builders to seek alternative sources in terms of adding value to their work and in turn, try to make a difference. Today is being recognized as a viable alternative implementation of home automation or building automation systems. The Spanish Home Automation Association (2011) defines a building or house under a building automation or home automation system when it meets the following functionality: energy savings; technical security and anti-intrusion; comfort; and communication between devices. Following these provisions raises a building automation system, technologically speaking, for implementation requires fundamental elements such as: sensors, controllers, actuators, buses and interface. The Hotel Walther is betting on this alternative and for that a proposal for building automation system that was developed from the use of global KNX protocol is performed. The overall system, in addition to the advantages offered in terms of energy savings, comfort, safety and communication; also allows management and real-time control of a comfortable and efficient manner through the following devices: cell phones, tablets, or control panels. The system consists of lighting controls scenes and passively through automation curtains; temperature control, flood and gas leak detection via integrated with their respective alarm sensors. In addition, automation control system anti intrusion security system, access control and CCTV cameras integrated circuit is performed. Environmental audio system is also inserted.
