dc.descriptionThe improvement of the developing plan proposed along this work was designed for the company Full-Labels located in the city of Quito, which pursues the production and commercialization of labels, barcodes and advertising material. The main objective of this plan is to help Full-Labels have a sustained growth over time to meet the market expectations, by expanding the target market through the diversification of products and services offered by the company and through the establishment of marketing and sales strategies. Lack of staff training and development, low investment in technology, and few efforts in marketing are considered to be the main weaknesses of the company. Therefore, it is necessary to implement viable strategies in order to generate more control and also, to distribute activities in order to achieve greater operational productivity. The main long-term projections are to expand the facility in order to optimize the performance of the company and implement an integrated information system that allows having real and appropriate data for management decision making. Within the finance and accounting area of the enterprise, information is presented clearly and accurately by analyzing financial statements and accounting rates, that will allow us to verify the feasibility of the improvement plan suggested in this work.en
