| Descripción : | This work, entitled "The Tax Regime in the New Constitution, is an analysis of each of the Principles established as rulers of the tax system in our Constitution. Such is the case of the principles of generality, progressivity, efficiency, administrative simplicity, Non-retroactivity, equity, transparency and revenue adequacy. It further discusses the economic principles contained both in the Constitution of 1998 and present, with the aim of determining, what are the differences between these two laws in the economic field. Another theme embedded in the present work is the analysis of taxation principles that are not within our Constitution and have been incorporated into the Foreign Constitutions, to determine which of these could be adapted to our reality both socially and economically. |
