dc.description	In this Project is the detailed business plan for the commercialization of a system of smart home management using mobile devices in Quito. This system has the name of smart home or Demotic because it can control different devices that can integrate with the system. The company will be located in the Metropolitan District of Quito, will seek as customers who are people with a high middle stratum - high, having own homes and invest in technology. People looking for new ways to improve your lifestyle, whether in the home safety, comfort and entertainment to provide them. The company focuses on the current needs of people, as through home automation and smart home more easily occurs when the user control your home and manage to satisfy the consumer needs at home. The product is the smart home system, which is not only controlling security at home or entertainment center, is the integration of all devices; whether safety, comfort, entertainment, energy saving and communication, and the capacity of controlled from a single device or by the application smartphone. The initial investment for the implementation of the project is USD $ $72.969,25 of which, 50,8% will come from capital of owner and the remaining 49,2% will be form debt. The project is financially rewarding as it has a net present value of USD $ 20.040,46 and an Internal Rate of Return of 28,52% and a recovery time of 5 years.	en
