dc.descriptionSanare Food Limited Company will be created in Quito city, to meet a target of men and women aged 25 to 65, a middle socioeconomic level medium, medium high, high, and economically active population; It aims to meet the needs of healthy, nutritious and animal or environmental friendly, offering a mozzarella soy cheese, which is 100 percent vegan cheese, being able for vegan people, lactose intolerant people or just people looking for a natural and healthy diet. Its main ingredient is soy, it is considered a super food which contains 9 of the 10 essential amino acids that the body needs, it helps to reduce bad cholesterol, preventing breast cancer, ovarian and prostate, and also diseases related with the heart, is an alternative treatment for osteoporosis, reduces symptoms of menopause because of the phytoestrogens that are natural hormones and contains twice as much protein as meat, four times the protein of eggs and twelve times milk proteins. Soy cheese will be sold in a presentation of 400 grams, priced at USD 3.99, its texture melts and stretches, making it perfect for other dishes, contains no trans fat or cholesterol, unlike traditional cows milk cheese. During the first year it is to reach 3 percent of the potential market, which means selling a total of 182.297 units with net income of USD 727.367. There is no direct competition in the market; not exist a product 100 percent vegetable and mozzarella type, with all the benefits before exposed. However, there are substitute products and its brands are strongly positioned, as cows cheese and other soy products. As a new product on the market and not having a recognized brand, it is important to invest in marketing and advertising to make themselves known and to inform the public about the benefits of consuming such foods. Furthermore, it is necessary to have a research and development department to constantly innovate by creating new products based on vegetable ingredients, or improve existing ones.en
dc.description.abstractSanare Food Compañía Limitada constituida en Quito, atenderá a un segmento objetivo de hombres y mujeres de 25 a 65 años, de un nivel socioeconómico medio, medio alto, alto, y de población económicamente activa; se pretende satisfacer las necesidades de alimentación saludable, nutritiva y amigable con el medio ambiente, al ofrecer un queso a base de soya de tipo mozzarella, el cual es elaborado con ingredientes 100 por ciento vegetales siendo apto su consumo para veganos, intolerantes a la lactosa o simplemente personas que buscan una alimentación más sana y natural. Su ingrediente principal que es la soya, es considerado un super alimento, el cual contiene 9 de los 10 aminoácidos esenciales, favoreciendo a la reducción de colesterol malo, previniendo el cáncer de mama, ovario y próstata, ayuda a la osteoporosis, reduce los síntomas de la menopausia y contiene el doble de proteínas que la carne, cuatro veces más que los huevos y doce veces más que la leche. El queso será comercializado en una presentación de 400 gramos, a un precio de USD 3,99, tendrá una textura estirable y fundible, ideal para la elaboración de otros platillos, no contiene grasas trans ni colesterol. Durante el primer año se pretende llegar al 3 por ciento del mercado potencial, lo cual significa vender 182.297 unidades con ingresos netos de USD 727.367 No se identificó competencia directa posicionada en el mercado, ya que no se ofrece todavía un queso 100 por ciento vegetal y de tipo mozzarella, con todos los beneficios antes expuesto. Sin embargo, existen productos sustitutos cuyas marcas están fuertemente posicionadas como es el queso de leche de vaca u otros productos a base de soya. Al ser un producto nuevo en el mercado y al no contar con una marca conocida, es importante invertir en marketing y publicidad para darse a conocer e informar sobre los beneficios de su consumo. Además, es necesario contar con un departamento de investigación y desarrollo para innovar constantemente con la creación de nuevos productos a base de ingredientes vegetales.es_ES
