Descripción : This project includes the development of a business plan for the development of banana, manufacturing and marketing, in the city of Quito. It is on the production and marketing of banana, made with green bananas, 100% natural material, providing a nutritional product to the Quito society. Through market analysis carried out in the city of Quito, a high degree of acceptance is determined by locating target persons within a market Family nucleus, the same as having a middle socioeconomic class, upper middle and upper city of Quito. In this business plan the necessary studies are implemented to make an internal and external evaluation, risks and other aspects that favor or hinder the establishment and development of the company. An advantage for the development of this plan, it has the support of the Government in the creation of new companies related to the environmental well-being; through access to credit, low interest rates, changing the productive matrix and the incentive to the national product “as our first.” In the optimum development of this plan the structure of the company and the optimal marketing plan for the introduction and promotion of the product selected, chosen for market determined. As important an end in the development of this plan is the development of the financial plan, by which it was determined the project investment USD 187,219, assuming a normal scenario, low gearing of 60%, at a rate of 18, 55%, an Internal Rate of Return (TIR) of 39% and a net present value (VAN) of USD 65.199, factors that demonstrate the financial viability of the project is obtained.
