dc.descriptionThe objective of this business plan is to determine the financial and commercial viability of creating and commercialize an aeroponic domestic growing system business in the city of Quito. Easy Garden is a company that is specialized in the industry of design activities. This industry is still very young so its growth potential is high, this demonstrated that in 2013 achieved exceed the rate of change in the total GDP of the country (4.5) with 5.3. Under this category operate 81 companies who offer different types of decor. Market entry is attractive since there is now a company that bid decoration with plants that are maintained by a new irrigation system. For the market research, tools such as expert interviews, focus groups and surveys were used. Through these it was possible to define that the target market is made up of women in selected parishes in northern Quito and Cumbayá, whose socioeconomic level is high and medium high. It is concluded that 74 of the investigated market presents a positive response regarding the acceptance of the product. As a general marketing strategy, the specialist strategy has been chosen. This strategy focuses on a specific segment, without trying to cover the entire market. The strategy will focus on core product differentiation as well as complementary on the basis of functional and decorative features of the product. The initial investment for the project is 58.023,69 money where investment is taken into account in current assets, intangible assets and working capital in order that the business can begin operations. The amount of money needed to start the business operation is 58.023,69 money of which 65 will be financed by equity of shareholders. The remaining 35 will come from long-term debt. We conclude that the business is financially viable and that the net present value is 18,614 money and the internal rate of return is 22.23 .en
