| Resumen : | El proyecto nace de la idea de rescatar juegos, historias y tradiciones del Quito antiguo de la mente de su gente por medio de imágenes, videos y sobre todo de la gastronomía a brindar. La cafetería busca posicionarse en el mercado tomando en cuenta la categoría de cafetería temática del Quito antiguo, ya que, a partir de su concepto brindará un ambiente acogedor y entretenido basado en todo aquello que hace de la ciudad de Quito Patrimonio cultural de la humanidad y a su vez dará a conocer un poco más de la gastronomía propia del lugar. Los objetivos trazados para el proyecto serán aquellos que hagan de este un establecimiento estable, como es su correcta organización, un excelente marketing para darse a conocer y sobre todo brindar una gastronomía de calidad acompañada por una ambientación acogedora y entretenida para los clientes…. |
| Descripción : | The project stems from the idea of rescue games, stories and traditions of old Quito in the mind of its people through pictures, videos and especially the cuisine to offer. The cafe searches a good position itself in the market taking into account the category of the old Quito themed cafe because, from its concept will provide a welcoming and entertaining environment based on everything that makes the city of Quito Cultural Heritage of Humanity and turn will release a little more of the gastronomy of the place. The goals set for the project will be those that make this a permanent establishment, as is its proper organization, excellent marketing to become known and especially provide quality food accompanied by a warm and entertaining atmosphere for customers…. |
