| Descripción : | In this project, we conducted a study to optimize the washing time in the reactor, to continue on the manufacturing processes of products, in this case of alkyd and polyester resins. In the company Pictures Condor S.A resin plant in order to reduce production time, improve the work environment and the distribution of operators, we first took into account the current situation through an analysis of flow diagrams held in each of the reactors washing and timing the time for verification of the dead time in this stage, thereby obtaining the actual data that evidences long process for manufacturing polyester and alkyd resins. These are the intermediates for the manufacture of paints. Analyzing what is happening today in this plant is proposed to decrease the processing time and consumption of natural water in the washing of machinery (reactors). |
