| Resumen : | El valle de Pomasqui es una zona de gran importancia debido a su obligación geográfica junto a la línea equinoccial. En la actualidad constituye el límite de crecimiento de quito y enfrenta un acelerado proceso de crecimiento sin ningún tipo de organización, razón por la cual fue oportuna la creación de un plan de Ordenamiento y de investigación sobre los componentes urbanos del sitio, con el objetivo de mejorar la situación de la zona a futuro. Del componente urbano anteriormente mencionado se determinó la creación de vivienda multifamiliar en zonas de nuevo desarrollo como el tema a tratarse en el presente trabajo. El proyecto plantea una solución habitacional dentro del área de estudio, que involucra su entorno inmediato para de esa manera reactivar la zona y generar una alternativa al modelo actual producido por la gran oferta inmobiliaria existente en el sector. De esta manera se pretende mejorar la calidad de vida de sus habitantes, la relación con el medio ambiente y genera un desarrollo económico, cultural y social para la zona. |
| Descripción : | Pomasqui Valley is an area of great importance due to its geographical location near the equator. Today it is the northwestern growth limit of the city of Quito and faces an accelerated growth process without any organization, reason why it needed the creation of an Urban Management Plan, which started with an investigation of the components of the aim of improving the situation of the area in the future. The urban component mentioned before determined the creation of new developed areas, as the theme treated in this study. The project proposes a housing solution within the study area, which involves their immediate environment to thereby revive the area and become an alternative to the current model produced by the large existing real estate offers in the sector. Thus the quality of life it is inhabitants is improved, as well as the relationship with the environment and the generation of an economic, cultural and social development for the area. |
