dc.description	A study was conducted on 30 Holstein cows in lactation stage with the objective to prove fertility, after an IATF protocol I inseminated with two types of diluents one based on skim milk (T2) and the other is a commercial diluents (TRILADYL) (T1) or witness. This Project took place at Pacahuan farm in Quimiag with an altitude of 3150 msnm, an average temperature of 12 grades and rainfall of 1300 mm per year also at Chañag farm with an altitude of 3200 msnm, an average temperature of 12 grades and rainfall of 1300 mm per year.
