| dc.description | The present work was performed in order to reduce the levels of variation within the production process of plastic INPLA Company S.A. This project begins with an introduction to this company's history, the values of itself and its main activities, also defined the general objectives, scope, rationale and other details important to carry out this project. In the second chapter presents the theoretical framework with information about the terms and concepts used in addition to the description of the methodology and tools to use, so that in this way the reader to understand step by step this study. The third chapter is the most important, as this is done step by step stages of the project for improvement through Seis Sigma and following the DMAIC (Define, Measure, Analyze, Improve and Control) and all other tools used during the study.
