Descripción : Petróleos y Servicios PYS C.A. is a provider of products and services for fuel marketing company; with 238 service stations (gas stations), is Ecuadors second largest trading company with presence across the region. This research document has been developed over the relation between the company and dealers. For this we have used the theory focused on three mainstays identity image and communication. Those variables help to better understand the process in which communication is located within the company. Some research sources were of great contribution to the construction of the theoretical framework that helped them determine categories for research that ultimately conclude with the presentation of a proposed plan to strengthen the identity and image of the company For the research necessary to allow us to have knowledge of the situation of the company we use quantitative and qualitative approaches using methods such as observation survey research to distributors and dialogue through focus groups were used to determine the point of view of the company managers thus achieved obtain feedback and data from each of the people who provide strategies to strengthen relationships with distributors company Considering the information obtained in the theoretical framework and research in Petroleos y Servicios, the proposed communications plan and public relations was developed, containing same objectives, strategies, actions, budget and schedule evaluation. The purpose of this paper is to contribute to improving communication between the company and dealers to prevent them moving away from the company and prefer go to the competition.
