The titling work consisted in the execution of the biological treatment of soils and sediments contaminated with hydrocarbons due to a spill caused by inhabitants of the "Nuevo Provenir" community, in the flow line of the Shushuqui 13 well. This remediation work was carried out at through the Technology Transfer Center of the Faculty of Engineering in Agricultural and Environmental Sciences of the Universidad Tecnica Del Norte. The treatment was carried out in four experimental units, In Situ number 1, Gunroom number 2, Las Grades numbers 3 and Achotillo number 4; each one five repetitions and a witness, generating a total of 24 treatment beds, located in Campo Liberator, Pacayacu parish, Canton Lago Agrio province of Sucumbíos. To carry out the treatment, the landfamirng technique was used, which consists in the bio augmentation of the endemic microorganisms of the contaminated soil, is a soil sample must be taken and the bacteria and fungi present must be isolated, identified and reproduced in masse in a laboratory to apply them in the microbial pool; In addition, microorganisms must be bio stimulated, through the application of organic matter and nutritional supplements such as Humate 7 plus, molasses, wheat flour, which provide the necessary elements for organisms to develop properly ...en
