| Descripción : | The National Institute of Statistics and Censuses (INEC) in the last census on buildings identified during the years (2004-2005) has identified that the number of construction permits decreased; information that I considered relevant and merits to be analyzed in detail to identify the real problems. Most of these informal builders have decided to occupy and build on abandoned parcel and then claim to public authorities to grant them property deeds of that land and is starting to be happen just as adversity and inequalities between builders, creating an atmosphere of insecurity and legal inequality and is due to the fact that the informal builder first implement the building right and then demand the right to property, when the right procedure would be the adverse scenario |
