| dc.description | Patient safety is defined as a discipline whose main objective is to help prevent and reduce the risks that patients could have during the provision of a health care service, being the starting point to guarantee that the services offered are of the highest quality. quality, which is why this project is oriented to the implementation of a management plan on patient safety that will be developed in the Nefroloja Renal Unit, in accordance with regulation 00000115, with the purpose of implementing protocols and necessary instruments that guarantee the patient safety, as well as strengthen training for the staff that works in the Nefroloja renal clinic and develop preventive activities and strategies aimed at avoiding adverse events that may arise. In the same way, the situational diagnosis implies an internal and external analysis of the different procedures through the SWOT matrix, whose results allow establishing activities aimed at the development of this management plan, in addition, the progress of this plan will be measured by a series of established indicators. that will help to make those adjustments that are considered necessary and that allow achieving the proposed objectives. In conclusion, this plan proposes a participatory design between administrative staff, operational staff and kidney patients who come to the unit, in order to provide efficient and effective quality care through patient safety. | es_ES |
| dc.description.abstract | La Seguridad al paciente se define como una disciplina cuyo objetivo principal es ayudar a prevenir y disminuir los riesgos que los pacientes podrían llegar a tener durante la prestación de un servicio de asistencia sanitaria, siendo el punto de partida para garantizar que los servicios ofertados sean de calidad, es por ello, que este proyecto se orienta a la implementación de un plan gerencial sobre seguridad del paciente que se desarrollará en la Unidad Renal Nefroloja, de acuerdo a la normativa 00000115, con la finalidad de implementar protocolos e instrumentos necesarios que garanticen la seguridad del paciente, así como fortalecer capacitaciones al personal que labora en la clínica renal Nefroloja y elaborar actividades y estrategias preventivas orientadas a evitar eventos adversos que puedan suscitarse. De igual manera, el diagnostico situacional implica un análisis interno y externo de las diferentes gestiones mediante la matriz DAFO, cuyos resultados permiten establecer actividades orientadas al desarrollo del presente plan gerencial, además, el avance de este plan será medido por una serie de indicadores establecidos que ayudaran a realizar aquellos ajustes que se consideren necesarios y que permitan lograr los objetivos propuestos. En conclusión, el presente plan plantea un diseño participativo entre el personal administrativo, el personal operativo y los pacientes renales que acuden a la unidad, lo que permitirá prestar una calidad de atención eficiente y eficaz mediante la seguridad del paciente. | es_ES |
