dc.descriptionThis paper aims to demonstrate the Ecuadorian State is compliance with its international obligations to respect, protect, not discriminate and guarantee the right of women to a life free of violence. The first chapter introduces us to the topic of the general obligations of the States with respect to the Human Rights of the people. Subsequently, we will take a look at the State is obligations regarding violence against women. The second chapter will analyze the rights of women to a life free of violence, what does this right refer to. How is it linked to other women is rights What is discrimination against women. In this area, the research will focus particularly on the manifestations of violence, relatively new to the legal system, but not to the victims, obstetric violence. Finally, we will connect both the international obligations regarding obstetric violence in Ecuador, to culminate with the analysis of the Constitutional Court, Case of obstetric violence.es_ES
dc.description.abstractEl presente trabajo pretende evidenciar el cumplimiento del Estado Ecuatoriano, frente a las obligaciones internacionales de respetar, proteger, no discriminar y garantizar el derecho de las mujeres a una vida libre de violencia. El primer capítulo, nos introduce al tema de las obligaciones generales de los Estados frentes a los Derechos Humanos de las personas, se verá, Cuáles son las obligaciones, Qué demandan. A continuación, se dará un vistazo, a las obligaciones del Estado frente a la violencia contra la mujer. El segundo capítulo, se analizará los derechos de las mujeres a una vida libre de violencia, A qué hace refiere este derecho, Cómo está vinculado con otros derechos de la mujer, Qué es la discriminación contra la mujer. En ese ámbito, la investigación se centrará particularmente, en las manifestaciones de violencia, en este sentido, este parte del capítulo se introducirá en la violencia obstétrica. Finalmente, el capítulo final analizará, Cuáles son las obligaciones del Estado ecuatoriano, frente a la violencia contra la mujer y particularmente contra la violencia obstétrica.es_ES
