Descripción : The rapid industrial growth that has developed in Quito, has led several companies to be built in the middle of residential areas, noise generated inside the industrial sites has led to problems of environmental noise pollution due to the negative impact this occurs in people. SonoAcustic will offer implementation and consulting services acoustic solutions, focusing on three areas: sound insulation, vibration isolation and acoustic conditioning, will provide packages of services tailored to customer needs and requirements. It identifies an opportunity to develop this business plan, as it is aware of the damage that noise can cause in people and the environment. Another favorable factor is that in Ecuador; currently there are only four companies that offer this type of service. SonoAcustic competitive advantage will be based on providing personalized service during the stages of design and implementation of sound systems for the isolation and conditioning of homes, businesses and as added value places of public entertainment. Potential customers include people who reside in homes in Quito, socioeconomic level medium-high and high, between 20 and 60 years of age and businesses located between the Rio Coca avenue and La Mariscal, since are considered commercial areas of higher concentration. The company will have a team of nine people in the departments of management, finance, human resources, marketing and technical area. Business analysis was performed for the first five years; the initial investment is $ 79,866 USD, of which 40% will be financed with equity and 60% by debt. The net present value for a levered firm is $ 46,755 in the normal scenario and the internal rate of return is 34%, with a discount rate of 17.15%. As above, the business plan implementation and advisory service for acoustic solutions is viable.
