| Resumen : | Después de la gran actuación que tuvo la selección ecuatoriana de fútbol Sub 20 en el Sudamericano de Chile 2019, donde consiguió el primer campeonato obtenido por una selección ecuatoriana de fútbol en su historia, más la brillante participación en el mundial de fútbol 2019 Sub 20, realizado en Polonia donde se obtuvo el 3er lugar, los ojos de Ecuador se enfocaron en los jóvenes jugadores. Antes de eso, la última vez que se habló de manera mediática sobre los juveniles fue en 2015, cuando estalló el escándalo de los Niños con bigote y varios futbolistas se vieron inmersos en casos de adulteraciones de edad e incluso nacionalidad. Por otro lado, no se ha tratado con profundidad qué lleva a los jóvenes optar por el camino del fútbol y qué adversidades se presentan a lo largo de este camino. Esta investigación propone evidenciar las problemáticas de quienes buscan ser futbolistas profesionales en Ecuador. Además, se profundizará sobre cuáles son las normativas que rigen en el país con respecto al manejo de divisiones formativas. Se busca también evidenciar las características de los jóvenes que forman parte de un equipo. Otro objetivo de este proyecto es conocer las principales adversidades que enfrenta un joven que busca ser parte de un equipo profesional. |
| Descripción : | After the great participation of the Sub 20 Ecuadorian football league on the South American Cup 2019 celebrated in Chile, the team was crowned champion and got therefore the first championship obtained by an Ecuadorian football team in history. In addition, the same team had a brilliant participation on the Sub 20 World Cup of 2019 played in Polonia where the team achieved the third place with the eyes of every Ecuadorian placed on the young football players. Before those achievements, on 2015 the media spoke about the scandal of Kids with mustaches where several members of the team where involved in charges of adulteration of age and even nationality. On the other hand, it has not been discussed at its deepest the reasons why young men choose football as their path in life and what difficulties appear along the way. The following investigation intents to expose the different problems of which seek to be professionals football players in Ecuador, it will fathom on the regulations in the country that rule about the management of the formative divisions and show the characteristics of the members that form a team. Finally, this project pretends to expose the main adversities that a young man has to live in order to become a professional football player. |
