dc.description	The focus of this project is to characterize the response curve of the hearing threshold of the human ear in low frequency and infrasound. Implement and design a system that emits tones at high levels of low frequency and with a low harmonic distortion, in order to faithfully perform the corresponding measurements and obtain absolute results in psychoacoustic experiments in a monaural manner. Use the MATLAB software to calibrate the tone emission and recording system, and implement a psychoacoustic program, so that the participant communicates with the setup through a response button, obtaining the values of the measurements by psychophysical methods. For this project, there were 10 participants with normal hearing to obtain the respective hearing threshold curves of each individual. This document explains in detail the curves obtained from hearing thresholds in 5 main frequencies (5, 10, 15, 20, 40 Hz), the analysis and the comparison with other studies that made measurements of hearing thresholds in this same frequency area.	en
