Descripción : The "Business Plan for the production and export of exotic dehydrated fruit tea with Stevia", aimed at the target market Miami United States. The project’s fundamental objective is to encourage the consumption of beverages of natural origin that possess nutritional properties and low caloric levels. This beverage helps to maintain a healthy lifestyle. Sweet and Healthy Tea will be a Company that offers a unique drink based on Ecuadorian fruits, creating combinations of flavors and providing a satisfactory experience at the time of consumption. The main objective of this project is to know the feasibility of marketing Tea dehydrated fruits and Stevia as a sweetener to its target market in the United States. An analisis of environments (PEST and PORTER) were carried out to obtain findings that help to the correct development of the present plan. The obtained results from this study demonstrated that USA is an attractive market for the commercialization of this type of drinks. In addition, market research was carried out, where it was possible to analyze consumer trends in that country, with the aim of reaching the respective market segment and offer a striking product that can be positioned in the consumer’s mind. The development of the marketing mix was essential for the correct analysis of the variables referring to product, price, place and promotion. This data was fundamental for the development of tea, taking into account that having an intermediary in its distribution in the target market, whom will be responsible for the promotion of it. The financial plan is projected for a period of 5 years, with an investment of $ $51.165,40, financed with 80% equity and 20% with a 60-month term loan at a 11.85% rate. As a result in the financial area, the project reports a TIR of %32.26 and a NPV of $ 34,082,62 both positive data which suggests that it is viable for its execution.
