Descripción : Todays trend of healthy food consumption increases, people are more concerned about their health care, keeping in mind the products they consume daily, and this is done through healthy diets. That's why is desired to create a healthy product based cream cheese combined with mushrooms, jam or ham, for which purpose we will develop a business plan, which is described in the following manner: The industrial elaboration of dairy products has a rising and developed tendency; it has been gradually increasing during the years on average of 4.2%. The enterprise which aims to create will be named DAES, distributing the "QuesoB" product; the legal structure of the company shall be limited. Market research determined that the product is good, and the idea is innovative, as expert comments. The focus group determined that it is a viable idea, since there is no products with similar characteristics of “QuesoB” also agree that the container is plastic, and consider the price is in accordance with its features. Finally, the survey showed that 46% of the target market would be willing to consume "QuesoB", the directionality of publicity will be presented and announced on TV, social network (Facebook, Twitter), including outdoor advertising (public transportation). The management team that will lead the company will be: Administrative Staff (General Manager, Executive Director of Marketing), Chief Operating Officer, Food Engineer and Accountant. "QuesoB" features two presentations, median 150gr (three containers with a capacity of 50gr, height 8.9 cm, diameter 4.9 cm each) and large 250gr (three containers with capacity 83.3 g, height 12.9 cm, diameter 5.4 cm). To consume the product consumers should rotate the swivel base, selecting the desired amount, spreading it on bread, crackers or similar products. The plant will be located in the area of Iñaquito Alto, based on one-dimensional point methodology. "DAES Cia. Ltda." analyzed the Internal Rate of Return (IRR) and the Net Present Value (NPV) under three scenarios (optimistic, normal and pessimistic) those who were positive will work with the typical scenario leveraged with a NPV of $ 57.866,84 and an IRR of 27%, compared to the discount rate of 17.40%. The investor will regain its full investment by the 4th year. The businesses plan that "DAES Cia. Ltda." presents, is favorable from the commercial point of view, financially profitable and the acceptability of the product by customers and consumers.
